And now I'm going to do something COMPLETELY NEW

and talk about clothes.

1) I LOVE corsets. Love. LOVE.
Well, as long as they are fitted correctly and aren't painful.
Hint here, if they hurt? DON'T FUCKING WEAR IT.

2) I also love fabrics that feel 'right'. Cotton, knits, bamboo fabric, etc... If it feels nice I am much more likely to want it/buy it/covet it and hate being poor.

3) I love flowy fabrics, mostly for skirts.

4) Leggings are awesome, though I could give a shit about what's in style about them... I just use them for comfort.

5) Things that aren't the norm, or in style... I tend to wear jeans and t-shirts, but having awesome pieces in my wardrobe makes me happy.

Will post more someday, I'm sure. Shoes is a whole different section :P

Just finished watching Lost in Austen... it was so very good, and bad, and good again. I laughed, I hid in embarrassment, I even ff-d part of it because I couldn't stand to watch it. And I loved it.

Made me remember why I'm not just dating/making out with/fucking anything that moves. Not that I needed a huge amount of reminding, but it strengthened my resolve.

I want there to be more rain. Its been raining off and on and off again for the last day and a half but I want...

RAIN. Skin-denting, heart pounding, so loud it makes you jump, plastering-clothes-to-skin rain.

The last few nights when it got slightly more rainy, I was so very close to just heading out the front door and standing in it.

Next time, I will.

And someday I will live in a place that I can do that WITHOUT worrying about pervy neighbors, during the day.

Still nowhere to live, and then thinking about trying for a completely different contract for Fall.

Except my aunt and grandpa are all for it and pushing it...

And that makes me not want to work for it.

Perverse, and doesn't benefit me in any way, but I hate being pushed into things.

And I don't know how to tell them, politely, to butt the fuck out.
